I'm Mike Walters. Before I architected websites, I spent 25 years in operations at companies like Saint-Gobain, Cornerstone Building Brands and TMX Aerospace. I've led teams of 40+, managed more than $2M in inventory, and run Lean and Kaizen programs on aerospace deadlines. In 2026 I founded Plateau Pulse, and today I bring that same leadership to every site I build: clear communication, real deadlines, and work that's finished right.

    Built PlateauPulse.net, a local platform connecting 2,100+ businesses with residents across 12 cities. Design and build custom websites, landing pages, listings and promo content, and translate what owners need into sites that bring in customers.

    Extrusion Supervisor

    Cornerstone Building Brands

    Ran day-to-day production, solving workflow, staffing, quality and equipment problems while coaching and training the team. Applied continuous improvement to raise team performance.

    Materials Manager Coordinator

    Vetrotech Saint-Gobain

    Managed more than $2M in inventory and coordinated domestic and international material flow across purchasing, production, warehouse and suppliers.
